Moonlight Club Access

Below is the letter from Moonlight Basin regarding their decision to cancel the ability to purchase guest memberships.  These memberships were an option to add to your reservation if you were staying in a property owned by a member of the Moonlight Club (about 35 of our properties were eligible). These memberships were $40 per person per day and you had to purchase the membership for your entire group and your entire stay, no partial group or partial stay memberships. For example a 5 person family staying 5 nights would cost $1,000 for the 5 day guest membership to have access to the restaurant, Ulery's Lake and workout facilities.

Thank you for contributing to the most successful Moonlight Summer Season to date. As anticipated, this summer has seen incredible Member participation in Club activities, golf, dining and Outfitter adventures. Our new kids programming for our mini-members was a huge success, and the camaraderie among our members feels better than ever.

As we look forward to winter operations and carrying our momentum into the future, Moonlight will continue to operate as a Club dedicated solely to our Members and their accompanied guests for the upcoming 2020/2021 winter season. Due to the continued challenges associated with operations in Phase-II COVID-19 response (including no bar seating and 75% capacity at the Tavern), and a growing year-round member population, we feel it is in the best interest of our Members and associates to extend the discontinuation of offering Club amenities to unaccompanied guests of Members, or those whom have rented a vacation home within Moonlight Basin through the winter season.

We look forward to sharing a comprehensive plan for winter operations at a later date, and hope this decision on unaccompanied and lodging guests helps you to plan for the many powder days ahead.
