Ship Skis:

You are welcome to ship your skis to us prior to your arrival. We will gather your ski bags or golf bags at our office. The delivery of the packages from our office to the home you are renting is free. The delivery fee, however, is shouldered by the guests. If you are sending oversized luggage/package, please call us and speak with a reservations agent.

How to ship: Use our trusted shipping services through Ship Skis. It's fast, easy, and your packages will be awaiting your arrival. Ship a luggage bag, hard plastic travel tube, or a cardboard box. For ease of use, you can schedule a shipment to be picked up from your home or business, or drop off at a local carrier.

Why ship through Ship Skis? Ship Skis has partnered with UPS and FedEx to provide reliable services at lower rates. You will receive $500 insurance on your shipment at no cost to you! You will also have a guarantee on your shipment. If your shipment does not arrive on the guaranteed delivery date, due to delays other than weather, Ship Skis will reimburse you with $200 to cover the costs for your winter or summer hardware rentals.

Ship Skis ships all over the United States as well as international shipments.

Shipping Direct: (Packages)

You are welcome to ship items to us prior to your arrival. We will gather and store your packages at our office to be picked up between designated hours on your arrival date. This service is complimentary for up to five (5) packages per stay. If additional packages are needed or any oversized deliveries are required during your stay, there will be an additional fee of $25 per package applied to your guest reservation.

Please Note: WE CANNOT accept packages through US Postal Mail. 

If you prefer to ship through a FedEx or UPS account, please follow the directions below for a smooth delivery. And again, we unfortunately cannot accept packages through US Postal Mail, and they most likely will be returned or left unclaimed. Be aware!

  • All packages must be addressed for delivery directly to our office and not to the home you are staying in:

    *Please Note: FedEx and UPS may not recognize this address, but don't fret - we assure you it is valid, and we receive guest packages at this address on a daily basis! Also, be aware that this does not include skis or snowboards. Ski package delivery fees can be applied during checkout or simply by reaching out to our guest services team.

  • All packages received will be collected, labeled, and stored in our office until the end of day of your arrival date. If you are requesting your package to be delivered to your property, please add on the package/delivery fee or feel free to reach out to our guest services team and they can add that service fee to your reservation.
  • If you wish to have us ship your packages or items back after your vacation, you MUST PROVIDE a pre-paid/printed return label from your preferred shipping service. Be sure to pack your bag securely and attach your return shipping label. Your packages/items will need to be dropped off at our office before your departure and will be shipped out the following day. If this service is required, please notify our office at 888-859-2650 to make prior arrangements. 
  • Please keep in mind that USPS does not deliver to Big Sky. There is also NO FedEx or UPS facility in Big Sky, and we have no way to use third-party account information to package your items or generate labels. The closest FedEx is in Bozeman, if you decide to ship this way, please note that an additional mileage/handling charge will apply. The minimum charge for this service is $150 plus the cost of the label. No fee will be charged if the shipping instructions are followed correctly. So make sure to read the fine print!
