Located adjacent to the White Otter skier bridge, this property uses the White Otter Access Bridge and follows the access to the chairlift below the home. This can be accessed by walking to the trail next to Claim Jumper 16. The anticipated opening date for White Otter lift is mid December, but this depends on snow conditions. The lift typically closes mid-April, prior to resort closing. The property is not ski-in/out until the White Otter Lift opens. Please inquire for details.
Ski Out:
Walk out the garage and behind the home a short distance before putting on skis. Ski around the corner onto the groomed access trail behind the cabin and cross over the White Otter Skier Bridge. Follow this trail along the White Otter Chair lift to the bottom to load the lift. There are a few sections of flat that may require poling or skating. (Green access)

From the top of Swift Current, ski Jay Walk to Lower Morning Star. Once on Lower Morningstar, ski past the first set of Powder Ridge signs and take a left at the SECOND set of Powder Ridge signs. Follow the signs towards the White Otter access. House was excellent. Location is great. True Ski-in, Ski-out. You ski-out to White Otter 2 lift, then up to the rest of the mountain, and you can ski directly home. Lots of space. This place was amazing to stay in. Very big, very spacious for a family of 15! A few spots where the floor was creaky but still good! A few windows didn't open but we were still able to open others and let the cool air come in. Even though this spot was has no air conditioning, it really didn't need it. I think the only time we were really warm was the first day we checked in. But we opened up all the windows as instructed and turned on the fans and it really helped cool the place down. Wonderful experience on this property, big sky was amazing and this home made it extremely easy to access with the ski in and ski out. Property manager was good with communication. Great home for a large group with plenty of space. I really appreciated the checkout process and minimal check out instructions that had to be completed- the lengthy check out list for some properties can be ridiculous. This property was extremely easy and straightforward and all the work was done for us. Would stay again! The home was great for our group of 16. The location was fantastic for accessing the mountain. Even with lower than normal snowfall, the home was still skied in-ski out the fourth week of March. Booking and communication while we were there were easy with Big Sky Vacation Rentals.

Property Manager: The property management were extremely easy to work with & very professional. The house was spotless and turnkey ready for us to enjoy ourselves when we got there. Property: Gorgeous brand new home that comfortabley fits 4 families of 4. It has a fun 3 story ski chalet floor plan. The home has a hot tub on the back patio the can hold 5 adults in our party comfortabley. The patio is approx 30 feet from the edge of the nearest trail. Ski in/out access doesnt get much better and easier than this. We loved it for this summer visit, but it is especially designed and built for a ski vacation. Property: This house was perfect for our group of 13 adults. The house is a true ski-in / ski-out but may requiring a small amount of skating for slow snowboarders like myself. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the mountain village. Public transportation is limited in Big Sky so a car is definitely needed. I was thankful that the staff convinced me to rent a SUV before I arrived. The house is well equipped. The hot tub is fabulous. I can't imagine finding a better home in Big Sky. Awesome house at a awesome location
One of the most impressive houses I ever rented, with every detail being top notch. The kitchen is ready for any meal you would like to make. There was plenty of space for all the families. Spring Break Getaway
This property was perfect for our family. The property had easy to check in/out. Found the place to be very clean and well stocked. We loved the location for ski in/out. Super easy to get to the Mountain Village from this house. Great house, perfect location, highly recommend
Plenty of room, we cooked in for every meal and the kitchen is well stocked. Kids loved their downstairs space and the hot tub.
