Amazing property and a great location. High end finishes throughout and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Make sure to study the area trail map well. Once you got it figured out the ski in ski out is truly incredible. Wonderful experience overall.

Homestead 16 Claim Jumper

We had a fantastic stay at this well-appointed house on the ski slopes of Big Ski Resort. The house accommodated our party of 17 including 4 families with 8 adults and 9 kids. the hot tub was a perfect way to end a fantastic day of skiing on challenging but rewarding terrain across the Big Sky Resort. The mountain and house offered something for everyone from the 6 year olds to the adults. Would definitely come back!!!

The rental was great, it had enough plates, pots and pans etc to accommodate our family reunion of 12 adults and 1 child. You could hike out the back door! It was very comfortable and the large living room accommodated all of us to watch the Olympics and play pictionary.

Great mountain house with very easy ski in-out access. This property was able to accommodate our large group very well. The house is still pretty new with high end appliances and the furnishing were in great shape. Have rented with Big Sky Vacation Rentals in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Great communication on all the necessary check-in and pre-arrival details as well as check out steps. Any requests were quickly responded to and addressed during our stay.

Absolutely stunning house. Views are amazing. Easy access to White Otter lift requiring minimal walking. The house is modern and clean. Fire place was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend!

Claim Jumper success!
A beautiful home, with plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. We loved the location, hot tub, furnishings and robes! We skied up to our back door a few days and loved that. Due to the time of year, we couldn't ski out, but it was an easy drive down to the Mountain Village. The fridge could hold all our food, which was quite a feat. We left earbuds and a watch, both were found and turned in by housekeeping! Only cons were that the downstairs middle bedroom heard all the noise and there wasn't enough hot water for us all to take showers and use tubs within the same evening. Overall, we would stay here again!!

16 Claim Jumper was an incredible stay! The ski in/out location is so convenient and the views of Lone Mtn and the Gallatins are wonderful. Plenty of firewood for the real fireplace and a hot tub right on the back porch with views of the ski run were big hits as well. Couple that with the modern, stylish, quality, comfortable accommodations which made the place truly exceptional.

All the rules and regulations were clearly stated. Property was ready when we arrived and they allowed us to checkout an hourly early. Perhaps instead of charging extra for leaving garbage, dirty dishes, unwashed towels, etc., you could offer a refund. It seems much more hospitable. the floor plan was perfect for our group.

Property Manager: Friendly and knowledgeable...Really enjoyed the concierge services. Property: Great location, ski in/out makes accessing the mountain easy and the house was perfect for a big group. It has great views of the mountains and relaxing after a long day skiing is an amazing way to end the day. The house is well stocked with towels/robes and kitchen has everything needed to make most meals. And we really enjoyed the natural fireplace, we had fires every night.

Beautiful home, nice clean contemporary but mountain vibe. Amazing views from this property. Excellent location for ski in and out. Lots of space for a large group, very comfortable with all the amenities. We had an amazing spring break with about 10 powder...so lucky for spring skiing. Access to white otter lift was so so due to warm weather. Ski in was easy.

The ski in/out for this house is nice. You can easily ski to the main base by skiing right out of the property, down the white otter trail to the white otter lift. From the top of white otter lift it's a short ski down to the main base. Skiing in was equally easy.

Claim Jumper 16 is a great house in a great neighborhood. Being here in summer gave us the ability to walk straight out the back door onto the slopes and up to the top of the Explorer lift. The property is clean, new, well furnished and met all of our expectations.
