The ideal choice for large groups traveling together, this 3,500-square-foot spacious chalet comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and boasts a private bubbling hot tub, large wrap around deck, outdoor gas fire pit, and much more!

This stunning stand alone home features soaring vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, tons of natural light, and comfy seating options that frame sweeping vistas. Cozy up after a fun day of adventure in the living room and enjoy the crackling wood-burning fireplace and large flat screen TV, the perfect spot to watch a movie. The living area easily flows into the kitchen & dining areas, hosting seating for eight at the dining room table and five more at the breakfast bar. Step outside to the expansive deck, complete with a propane grill and outdoor seating, the ideal spot to dine al fresco.

Ready to rest easy? Head to one of the plush bedrooms complete with luxe bedding, heated bathroom floors, and flat screen TVs. On the main level, find the Primary King Suite complete with an attached ensuite bathroom boasting a soaking tub, stand up shower, and double vanities. Upstairs find the Second King Suite and Third King Suite both hosting attached ensuite bathrooms with elegant finishes. Also on this level find a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom accessed through the hallway. Finally, head downstairs and find three more bedrooms. The Second Queen bedroom, and two bunk rooms all sharing a full bathroom accessed through the hallway. This area is perfect for kiddos, or anyone looking for overflow sleeping with a bit of privacy. Stay warm for as long as you can with effortless access to slopes 20 yards from your heated garage. Homestead 6 uses the Rose Bud Access Trail located directly behind the home or has the option to use the White Otter access. Both options lead to White Otter chair lift's loading point below the home. The anticipated opening date for White Otter lift is December 16, but the lift may open earlier in the season depending on snow conditions. The lift typically closes in mid-April, prior to resort closing. The home is not ski-in/out unless White Otter Lift is open. Please inquire for details.

Ski Out: Exit the garage and cross the cul du sac to Claim Jumper 8. Ski around the corner onto the groomed access trail behind the cabin and cross over the White Otter Skier Bridge. Follow this trail along the White Otter Chair lift to the bottom to load the lift. There are a few sections of flat that may require poling or skating. (Green access)

Ski In: From the top of Swift Current, ski Jay Walk to Lower Morning Star. Once on Lower Morningstar, ski past the first set of Powder Ridge signs and take a left at the SECOND set of Powder Ridge signs. Follow the signs towards the White Otter access. Once on White Otter Access, immediately exit the trail to the left next to Claim Jumper 16 to access your rental prior to crossing the White Otter Access Bridge. (Green access)

Great place for a large group. The house was very well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies and condiments to towels and toilet paper!

House was well equipped for our large group of 14. Everyone had a place to sleep and hang out. Kitchen was well equipped for dining in which we did the entire week. The boot dryers are a nice touch. Would be nice to have a place to hang gear near the garage but a minor inconvenience.

Great property with all the amenities for a group retreat! Enjoyed fire pit at night and hot tub. Kitchen was perfect for group cooking and all items needed for food prep were there. Easy access to shops and Farmer's Market in Big Sky. Definitely a place to return to!

We had a large family vacation during the off-season. 11 adults and 4 kids and everyone had an awesome time! The house was spacious and had good separation of rooms. The house was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Great value stay!

Great place to stay!
The house itself is fantastic, very big, lots of room for all 18 of us. The kids loved the bunkbeds, the adults without kids were happy to stay on the 3rd floor where the kid noise didn't come thru. The hot tub was a big hit, we went in every day. And the 2 patios were also a big hit, with a fire pit for smores! We used the BBQ grill, all the kitchen housewares, everything worked well. Highly recommended!

Great property! We rented two places for a family vacation and had a great time! Comfortable and great access to Mountain Village. Part of the group would ski in/out and the rest would drive (less than a 5 min drive). Highly recommended!

One of the top homes we have ever rented. The place was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Although it is on a cul-de-sac there was privacy and beautiful views into the forest out most windows. There were a few minor problems and they were taken care of quickly.

we really enjoyed our time in big sky. we went off season ~ but the property management company was very forthcoming in letting us know what that meant and what to expect. they were very quick to respond to our questions. the house has a beautiful fireplace and came stocked with firewood which is quite a plus. we stayed here with 3 couples so we had plenty of space. but we also have grown children and grand babies and it would have been even more fun filled with their laughter ~ and is well laid out for that with great bunk rooms downstairs that sleep plenty of kiddos. we enjoyed the hot tub. there is ample space for bringing pantry items and a huge refrigerator. we really really enjoyed our visit and we are telling all our skier / snowboarding friends to come in the winter! we took a day trip through yellowstone which was amazing. my husband has been there many times but we saw sights he had never seen. and my friend and i went to the spa at the resort one afternoon and hung out in their lobby by the fire for a bit. the village reminds me of whistler but better. and there were lots and lots of great restaurants and shops. we even ran into bozeman for half a day because i’m an interior designer and one of our friends is a general contractor and we visited one of their reclaimed wood lumber yards and got tons of inspiration. it was a great trip and a beautiful home to stay in.

Such a beautiful place
We've been in the neighborhood before and just love it. Gorgeous views, great location, conveniently close to the mountain lifts, etc. The place is great with good-sized kitchen and nice rooms. Some pieces showed a bit of wear and tear (most of the towel racks hung by a thread), but overall it was very nice and enjoyable. One other wish is that there was more room to eat. The dining table seats 8 and the bar another 4, but the house sleeps 18. BBQ was great (nice big Weber) and the hot tub was enjoyable. We liked the real wood fireplace and watched football on the large TV (that's mounted a bit too high, but it worked fine). We had a great time.

This property was absolutely stunning and situated right on top of the mountains. The house had so much space and was perfect for our large family! It’s convenient to restaurants and shopping and we even saw so much wildlife right from our back porch! The staff was always quick to respond to any issues and made our trip easy. Family reunion
This house was amazing. It is set up perfectly for an area that the kids can play in and a separate area for adults to relax in. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group.
