Good communication. Easy check-in/out. There was an issue with the washing machine and the host was immediately responsive in getting the situation resolved. The kitchen was well-supplied for small cabin and had all of the things one would need.

Derringer 11 was exactly as described and more. The kitchen has everything you need for a week away making meals and enjoying the amazing views. The ski in and out is easy and convenient. We loved the fire pit after a day of skiing sitting and relaxing and soaking up the Mountain views. Sunrise and sunset were both spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back again next year.

Our 10th trip to big sky and 4th cowboy heaven cabin. This one was our favorite by far! Beautifully decorated/remodeled, beds were extremely comfortable. Cabin maximizes the space in the most efficient way. Ski in/ ski out could not have been easier-would definitely reserve again!

This was the most incredible cabin!!! Everything about this listing is amazing. From the kitchen appliances to the finishes around this cabin, they spared no expense nor cut any corners.
Beds/linens: Outstanding and SO comfortable! There were so many options for pillows and linens to suit anyones comfort level.
Bathrooms: Spotless!
Kitchen: Everything we needed and so much more! Beautiful appliances and finishes.
Extras: We were surprised with all the extras provided! Dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash/lotion, extra paper towels, extra bath tissue, extra tissue boxes, extra everything! We were very impressed.
Accessibility: About a 15-20 minute drive into the town center with amazing restaurants. I personally appreciated this distance because patio sitting in this cabin is completely peaceful and silent.
Overall we LOVED this cabin and cannot wait to return!

Awesome view of the mountains. The place was very clean including the Hot Tub as well as the property. Only downside was the 15-20 minute drive down the mountain to get supplies so you may want to plan ahead for that. Overall an excellent place to stay for a vacation.

Big Sky Vacation rentals gave us the best airbnb experience we have ever had. They helped us and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.
They valeted our trash which was tremendously helpful.
Also when our infant got sick they were extremely quick to help us with extending our day by a day.
Their response time is lightning fast and we felt right at home at this beautiful property.
Definitely want to come back to this property when the whole mountain is open as you can ski between access points.

My husband visited Big Sky, MT for our honeymoon! The cabin felt right at home. We arrived after dark and were welcomed with a warm cabin, lamps on, and music playing! The place was decorated super cute and was well stocked! The cleaning crew does an exceptional job and the host was very proactive with instructions! The privacy and view from this cabin is unreal. The hot tub was the perfect warm-up from our cold horseback ride! We woke up our second morning to snow. You really cannot beat the views! Everything from coffee pods, fans, space heaters, to robes and binoculars to use! We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

We had a very nice and peaceful time at the cabin. We chose to visit Big Sky in the summer, which is the off-season, intentionally so that we get away from the noise of city life. We had a red fox greet us on the day of check in and saw many deer while we were here. Our son enjoyed the extensive movie collection while we relaxed in the hot tub with an epic view.

Having the opportunity to return to this relaxing and peaceful cabin was the perfect end to every day. After long days of hiking, spending time in the hot tub with an uninterrupted vista of the mountains was just what we needed.
There is a fair amount of construction happening in and around Big Sky, but due to the elevated location of the cabin, we heard or saw nothing.
Our son already asked if we could come back ☺️

The Barafu Cabin is in a beautiful location, with lovely decor, and was well equipped for all our needs. While not big on space, the decor and supplies are thoughtfully done and maximizes efficiency. We enjoyed our family time sitting in the hot tub, cooking meals, watching movies, and exploring the mountain. The ski in/out was easy to navigate. Please note, if you are arriving at night it can be difficult to find as there are not many lights - and you will need a map and the written directions. Also, it is ran through an agency and you will have to communicate outside of the AirBnB site (which for me is a negative since you lose the protection of AirBnB if a conflict arises - luckily this was not the case, as everything was great).

The luxury cabin was just as advertised with high end everything. During September we found the cabin to be very private. However, during high season, the privacy would be less as the cabins are somewhat close together. We were not aware that the ski resort and all restaurants would be closed. Therefore, it was an 8 mile drive to the town center where there were a limited number of restaurants open. All in all, this is a great place, and we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful scenery. Also, the dark sky area made it perfect for star gazing. The Milkyway was clear, and we even saw some shooting stars. We would love to return.

Perfect ski-in ski-out cabin with private hot tub! Cowboy Heaven "Barafu" Cabin #11 was beautiful, clean, cozy, and well-appointed. The cabin is well stocked with essentials that you might need (ie laundry/dishwasher tabs, coffee, toilet paper etc). The views from the hot tub/porch were splendid, and to be able to ski right off the front porch was the best part! Being located in a quieter area of the resort makes for a peaceful mountain getaway. Perfect for a family of four or couples. We'd definitely stay here again!

We loved this cabin. It was cozy, had everything we needed, and provided one of the best views on the mountain. I was impressed with the movies, books, games, and kitchen essentials. The cabin was everything as advertised and my wife and our three teenaged kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. This was perfect for our Big Sky spring ski weekend! The cabin is small, but quaint and well-decorated. It was perfect for three people. The ski in/ski out location can not be beat - it was SO easy! Such a great place for me, my wife and son. Incredibly easy access to ski and back home — literally right out the front door. The hot tub on the deck has breathtaking views. The Derringer cabin is newly renovated and a great location. The deck in particular with the hot Tub, fire pit and incredible views make the cozy cabin even better. We will definitely be back! Love Big Sky!

This is a beautifully appointed cabin with amazing views overlooking the mountains. The cabin has everything you need - comfortable beds, delightful decor, hot tub, fire pit and a great DVD collection and board games for when the weather isn't the best. We used it as a base to explore Yellowstone and while this is definitely doable (and a very nice place to come home to after a day of exploring) it does mean quite a lot driving each day (over an hour one way to West Yellowstone entrance) especially if exploring the Eastern side of the park.
