Two Moons is a stunning four bedroom, three bathroom Big Sky luxury retreat, nestled in the pines on a large ½ acre lot in Big Sky's Meadow Village. This spectacular Big Sky home is luxurious and inviting with 3 living areas, smart TVs in every room, a private hot tub, custom sauna and stunning views of Big Sky country. Located only 15 minutes from the slopes of Big Sky Ski Resort and minutes from the Big Sky Golf Course, Two Moons is the perfect retreat for a golf vacation, ski trip and luxury Big Sky getaway year-round.

The great room is open plan with plenty of space to reconnect and entertain friends and family. The living area is warm and inviting with a stone clad fireplace, shuffleboard, flat screen TV for entertainment and a wet bar and wine cooler for perfect Big Sky sundowners. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances, gorgeous granite counters and all you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you’re not exploring Big Sky’s fun restaurant scene.

The lower level of this spacious home features a cozy living area and deck, family den and four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The Primary Suite features a King bed, private bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower, and direct access to the deck shared with the living area. Bedroom 2 hosts a King bed, Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has one Queen bed and an XL Twin bunk bed. The third living area is the den on the lower level complete with a futon bed, smart TV, and a custom sauna.

Meadow Village Properties are 7 miles from Big Sky Resort and do not have ski-in/ski-out access. This is a short 12-15 minute drive to free skier parking at the resort. Once in free skier parking there is a shuttle that will bring you to the Big Sky Base area.

We loved the house! We had 8 adults and we ate at home a few of the nights. There was a crockpot, utensils, pots and pans, casserole dishes, and everything else we needed. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. They left wood for the wood burning fireplace so we could make a fire. The hot tub was a nice bonus. It is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in - super comfortable and had plenty of backup stuff like several rolls of paper towels, lots of kleenex boxes, a lot of towels - including towels for the hot tub, etc. It is also close to town - it is walking distance to the town center and a bus there takes you up to the ski resort. We did not rent a car and didn't need one. You can check your skis in with the valet at the resort so you don't have to trek them back and forth. There is also an on-demand bus that will pick you up at the house and take you around town (like Uber but free). It doesn't go up the mountain but around town. Highly recommend this house!

amazing house and location

We LOVED our trip to Big Sky. The house was perfect for two young families and had everything we needed. Communication with property manager was excellent. We were bummed that the hot tub was not working during our stay, but enjoyed it regardless. Would return!

Great stay in Big Sky!

Great location

We really lucked out, quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby. Our teenagers could walk to the meadow village for shopping and community center. You are ten minutes from big sky to the west and Gallatin River to the east. Most restaurants and grocery store are just minutes away. The house is exactly as advertised. We would stay here again.

Great location, challenging driveway

The house was immaculate and despite the age was fairly well renovated and modernized. The showers stayed hot for all 8 of us to get ready or clean up after skiing each day. The hot tub lighting and Bluetooth speaker didn't seem to work but the temps stayed HOT! We were a little preplexed about using any bluetooth connections because we were unable to login with our own devices to use our own playlists or prefernces like eliminating explicit lyrics on the speakers or inappropriate shows on the TV. The indoor sauna is a dry sauna and despite feeling cold when starting it, warmed up very quickly. It only fits a couple of people at a time, but it was nice on day three when our muscles were a little sore from the first two days on the slopes! We were incredibly grateful for the humidifiers for each room, and that mountain air gets extremely dry and we were able to avoid the extreme dry skin and nosebleeds that we have experienced in past years at other locations. The fireplaces were used nightly and we were grateful for the ample supply of firewood! The kids loved the shuffleboard table and we played nightly while prepping supper. Along with the daily snowfall and the best skiing of my life this year, we also had a challenge getting our 4WD Suburban and Taurus up the steep hill into the driveway/garage. The owners did supply sandbags that we could use them to sand the driveway and got back to us quickly that was what they were intended for. We also took the time to hike the nearby Ousel Falls trail and have dinner at Rainbow Ranch's Wild Caddies restaurant (the midpoint between Bozman and W. Yellowstone and only 10 mins from the house.) We HIGHLY recommend checking them both out. The falls were pretty heavily frozen over, but the hike was breathtaking and the RR/Wild Caddie's manager gave us a tour of their renowned wine cellar. We also recommend just taking a walk of the neighborhood, as there are incredible views and the creek wanders all around the area. We enjoyed our stay.
