Our Housekeeping Vendors been properly trained to clean our vacation rentals. They use approved chemicals and cleaning materials to ensure that they clean our properties to the highest standard. Before guest arrival, our team performs a secondary inspection of the clean. The BSVR Ultra Clean Process is included in each cleaning turnover.

Sanitization and Disinfection

Vendors are expected to sanitize and disinfect all areas, including bathrooms and "high-touch" points in the property. High-touch points in your property include, but are not limited to:

• Light switches, outlets, lamp and fan pull-chains and switches
• Cabinet pulls and knobs
• Controls for large appliance and electronics (washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove)
• Temperature controls
• Bureau drawer knobs or pulls
• Remote controls
• Stair railings

The disinfectants and sanitizers housekeeping vendors use can help contain and prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses.

Mid-Stay Cleans

In an effort to limit exposure, we are unable to provide mid-stay cleans.  Vendors have requested discontinuation of this service for winter 2020.  If your stay is 14 days or longer we are able to make arrangements and will continue to provide this service when requested.

Professional Laundry Facility

Big Sky Vacation Rentals proudly utilizes a professional linen processing facility, located Bozeman, MT. This facility launders and sanitizes all linens used in the properties we manage.  Our vendor utilizes an advanced cleaning process for properly cleaning and disinfecting our linens.  Most companies launder their sheets in the home’s washer and dryer (non-commercial environment), but we go the extra mile and hire a professional service.

Hot Tub Servicing

Every hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, filled and chemically balanced by a certified hot tub professional prior to each check-in. 

Ultra Clean Plus (additional fee, inquire at time of booking)

This service can be added to any reservation for a fee between $99 and $149 depending on size of property. This all-encompassing solution treats the entire home with an electrostatic mist that is environmentally friendly and food safe. Read More Here.
