Big Sky Vacation Rentals is taking a proactive approach to ensuring that every home is handled with the utmost care and every precaution is taken. Our homes have always been thoroughly cleaned to high standards between guests but we have taken additional measures to create a safe environment in this current situation. Our standard process for every home prior to your check-in is our BSVR Ultra Clean. This process goes above and beyond all industry standards for vacation home cleaning. Our additional optional process is the BSVR Ultra Clean Plus. This is an all-encompassing disinfection of the home utilizing a disinfecting electrostatic mist that is applied to all surfaces of the home. In addition to these two policies we have implemented new safety and booking policies as well.

BSVR ULTRA CLEAN

This highly detailed process involves:

• Professional cleaning services with an emphasis on sanitizing all high-touch surfaces
• Secondary team to complete quality check of clean linens professionally laundered and sanitized
• Hot tub fully drained, cleaned, filled and chemically balanced by a certified hot tub professional prior to each check-in

BSVR ULTRA CLEAN PLUS

This chemical free process is environmentally friendly and non-toxic while meeting all EPA standards for sanitization and disinfection. We are offering this additional service to ensure you have the peace of mind that there is no better process to protect your family. Hiring Big Sky Bio Clean provides you the peace of mind knowing you have taken commercial grade measures to ensure that your home has been disinfected safely. Less vacation worries!

This service is available to our guests at a flat rate of $99 (4 bedrooms or less) and $149 (5 bedrooms or more) and is performed in your home once housekeeping is finished. The technician moves through the home systematically applying a fine mist to all surfaces in the home, walls, closets, textiles, furniture and even the garage is treated with a mist that dissolves residue free because it is chemical free and non-toxic. This all natural solution is nothing more than electrolyzed water and is more effective than bleach at sanitization. This "water" is so good at killing viruses and bacteria that it is widely used throughout the food industry to ensure the safety of our food chain.

Our Safety Policies

At Big Sky Vacation Rentals we have always taken guest health safety seriously. We have added additional procedures to create a heightened awareness of the current situation.

• Our staff will not enter your home during your stay.
• Hot tubs are drained and filled prior to EVERY check-in.
• Pillow protectors are added to every pillow in every property.
• Use of a specialized disinfectant that is more effective than bleach yet food safe and environmentally friendly.

Booking Policies

PANDEMIC OR OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE

• In the event of an unforeseen circumstance such as a pandemic outbreak, natural disaster, world events out of the control of the parties and such an event or anything related to the event prohibits travel or the opportunity to stay at the reserved property, Big Sky Vacation Rentals will issue a travel voucher for the full value of the reservation good for up to one year from departure date in the original property reserved. All efforts will be made to match the original reservation; however, if that is not a possibility, the voucher may be applied towards any available property Big Sky Vacation Rentals manages, and Guest is responsible for any difference in rental rate.
• Although every effort is made to maintain a safe environment on the property, illness may occur, whether it be a common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or any other situation causing ill health. Guest agrees that they shall make no claim, whatsoever, against Big Sky Vacation Rentals, the Property, property manager, property manager’s agents, all of their successors, heirs, family, and assigns arising out of travel, stay, or occupancy or for any other exposure that may have caused said illness while promoting the terms of this agreement. Guest specifically agrees that it shall forever waive, indemnify, and hold harmless any claims, damages, suits, actions, liabilities, and costs of any kind or nature brought against the Property, property managers, agents, Big Sky Vacation Rentals, its agents, family, heirs, or successors arising or resulting from or in any way connected with this Agreement and the action, actions, or inactions therefrom.
• Guest agrees to follow Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and stay at home, cancel, or postpone reservation if displaying symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 or any other contagious disease/illness monitored by the CDC. Guest further agrees to notify Big Sky Vacation Rentals should any communicable illness be diagnosed while staying at the Property to help prevent the spread of said illness/disease.
