My stay at Powder Ridge Oglala 15 was wonderful. I was there for about 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It was spacious, quiet and close to fishing, shopping and restaurants...Yellowstone was an easy 60 minute drive. From the back porch I saw deer, fox, red tailed hawk and an occasional moose! The cabin was nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything I needed, which was important to me since I like to cook. I would certainly stay there again!

My two month stay at Powder Ridge 15 Oglala was wonderful. The cabin was spacious, well furnished and close to fishing, shopping, restaurants and Yellowstone. And since I enjoy cooking I found that the kitchen had everything I needed. From the back porch I saw deer, fox, red-tailed hawk and an occasional moose. I would certainly stay there again!

Seven of us stayed here during our ski trip to Big Sky & the house was perfect for us. We really liked the ski in-ski out experience. The weather was warmer for us, so it was a little more work to get to the house but our 11 year old had no problem making it. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub in the evening! We took one day off from skiing and went into the town of Big Sky and enjoyed the shops. We also hiked to Ousel falls which was so much fun! The stream was still partially frozen over so we could cross it and stand next to & go behind the frozen falls. We definitely recommend this house!

If you want to ski at Big Sky this is the place to stay. The location is fantastic. The cabin was immaculate. Plenty of firewood and extras. Hot tub was great and it was nice having a grill to cook on outside… Couple of suggestions for the owner. The TV above the fireplace is a challenge to work with using the remote control because its so high up but not that big of a deal. A map of the mountain left for guests may be helpful specifically on how/where to ski on and ski off. Its easy to get on the chair lift and get to the mountain to ski but getting back to the cabin after skiing was challenging since there were no directions or maps to get back to the cabin on your skis. You need to follow the signs on the mountain to Otter Bridge and that gets you back. I would highly recommend this location if you are coming to Big Sky!

Great experience with BSVR - they seem to have their stuff together more than most property managers I’ve worked with. Property was beautiful and exactly as described. Sleeping accommodations are kinda quirky for a non-family group, but we made it work. Common space is pretty tight and comfy seating for lounging around is a bit limited, but the kitchen was great and generously stocked. The house is located on a quiet street not far from the village (2 minute drive; 12ish walk if you look for shortcuts) with ski access just a few steps off the back deck. And it’s not a ski trip without a hot tub which was in good working order and much appreciated after long days in the mountain. Would not hesitate to rent this property or work with this company again.

Great location and house. Traveling with our college aged sons and their girlfriends - the house was perfect for all of us. It was easy to ski to the village yet close enough to drive quickly if someone wanted a ride from the village.

Big Sky Fun at Powder Ridge
We had a great time at Powder Ridge Oglala 15. We were traveling with our adult sons and their girlfriends. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the location was perfect for everyone coming and going throughout the day. We will certainly attempt to rent this property again as it was a great location whether we skied or drove to the mountain village. We did not have snow while we were in Big Sky but even without we were very glad we had a 4 wheel drive car to get to property.

They even sent a person to our door to make sure we had all we needed! Coukdnt Have been bett!!! Property: Weve stayed in Big Sky in both summer and winter and loved it!! The houses we rented were amazing & theres so much to do in the area! Both houses were so well equipped with every convenience imaginable and beautiful views! Big Sky Reality was so accommodating! They even sent a person to our door to make sure we had everything we needed! Our vacations there have been amazing!!

Property Manager: No issues - smooth booking and reservation process smooth check in, and a quick welcome/info session an hour or so after we arrived - all very much appreciated! We've always had great properties and excellent service with BSVR, there has always been great customer service with attention to detail and making sure things are right for us! I think we've been renting from you for about 8-10 years now, and it's always been a pleasant experience with no surprises or disappointments. Property: This property was lovely - with perfect ski in and out even for a green slope skier! We loved the living room with the huge windows, and the hot tub was a treat after a day of skiing. The kitchen had all we needed to cook in a few nights. The bedrooms were comfortable and generous in size for all. We enjoyed using the fireplace daily, too. For dining out, we'd highly recommend Michaelangelo's, Olive B's, Everett 8800, Montana Jack's, and Luxe for a drink and/or dessert. The Hungry Moose has all you need to stock your kitchen for those days when dining in, too. We love Big Sky and cannot say enough about the entire Big Sky Vacation Rentals team!

Property Manager: Everyone we interacted with made our stay enjoyable. Big Sky Vacation Rentals was a pleasure to book with and a great place to stay. The cabins are new and welcoming, with all the amenities we needed. Property: Oglala 15 was the perfect cabin for 6 adults and 2 young children. After skiing, we relaxed in the clean hot tub, cooked dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, and cozied up to the crackling fire before turning in for another day. Ski-access took one day of learning curve. I highly recommend using the Rosebud Access route (instead of the White Otter) as there is no need to ski on roads, and the rosebud trail passes directly behind the hot tub at the cabin. The Powder Cabin access trail signage leaves a little bit to be desired, but after your first trip in, you'll have it memorized and will ski right up to the front door with limited poling. Really liked the access code door system so our entire party could come and go as they please. 4WD recommended as the roads are plowed such that skiing is possible on them.

We had a nice gift basket on arrival, someone was there to welcome us and to give us the lay of the land , and our driveway and walkways were shoveled each day. Plenty of firewood, too! Truly an exceptional and customer friendly staff! Property: PR Oglala is an amazing property. It has all of the modern conveniences, the ski-in/ski-out is so easy and accessible and the living space is perfect for our group. The attached garage and boot warmer are value added features that raise the bar when compared to other properties

Property Manager: The staff at Big Sky Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were very responsive to the one small issue that came up. (Our coffee pot was not working - they immediately sent a staff member with a new coffee pot and extra filters to us!) A staff member visited us soon after we arrived to acquaint us with the house, the area, and to answer our questions. We couldn't be happier with their service! Property: The location was very convenient, with ideal ski-out access (one door over!) and relatively easy ski-in access with a little poling / traversing. We enjoyed the amenities, including the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and hot tub. We also appreciated the bath tub for our toddlers. Lastly, we were so thankful for the high chair and pack n play crib that were provided and made this place very baby-friendly.
