We had a magical experience in this beautiful home. The views, especially with mutliple days of freshly falling powder, were incredible. The house was cozy but still plenty of room for our party of 12 adults and 4 children. The hot tub was broken when we arrived, but it was able to be fixed while we were still there and the property management group was responsive and got it opened for us promptly after it was fixed. The only disappointment was that the lifts (White Otter) the would have enabled easy access to Big Sky werent open during our stay, so while we could ski back to the house, we had to shuttle or drive (or take an exhausting uphill hike) to get to the main ski area. Just FYI, not a knock on the house though.

Homestead 10 Claim Jumper

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Claim Jumper. The place was clean, didn't have any weird smells, lots of beds and had tremendous ski access. The furnishings were high end, the wifi worked well, and we had parking for 3 cars. The check-in/out process was super easy. Lots of good bowls, plates, etc. in the kitchen. Everything worked well. Hot tub was great.

Claimjumper 10
We had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for our 9 adults and 7 kids, and my worries about being split up between 3 floors was unwarranted. It was great because the kids could be in one area while the adults were close by to supervise without being on topif each other. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by the management. I think the photos didn't quite do it justice! And the people at the base camp were super friendly and patient with our grandkids, and gave them lots of time on the various activities- trampoline jumping, rock wall climbing, etc! It was a fantastic experience all in all.

great home. feedback on negatives or areas to be addressed: towel holders broken, window cranks & ac filters are filthy (AC unit indicates - change filter) there was also no AC on the 3rd floor so hot for sleeping. not sure if broken or just how the house is set up.

Our entire family had a wonderful time at Claim Jumper 10! We were three generations and everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Rooms were comfortable and location and directions were good. Responsive team to all our needs. Boot drying rack was SUPER helpful for wet hiking boots :). Kitchen had great tools - all our needs for a wonderful stay

Property: This is a fabulous property. A lot of places claim to have a fully stocked kitchen, but this is the only one that has delivered! The home is warm and inviting and the hot tub was great. It was nice to have snow removal and to be able to park in the garage. We will definitely come back!

The experience is consistently great and it is always something we look forward to every year. The BSVR folks really know what they are doing! Property: ClaimJumper 10 is a very impressive property. You can ski right into the garage, though you have a short walk to the trail in the morning.

We enjoyed Homestead 10 for 16 days, with different guests coming and going. The layout was great and offered everyone privacy. The main floor laid out great for entertaining, playing games and dining. The house was well furnished with everything you need for a stay. At the end of the ski day we would ski through the backyard to the garage where a boot warmer was waiting. We will be back next year!

They did a great job of preparing all of the little things - robes in the closets, kindling and firewood for the fireplace, puzzles and games to play it was a wonderful stay! We all fit and slept comfortably, the hot tub was a wonderful perk, and overall we only have good things to say!

Property Manager: We found the house at Claimjumper 10 to be well- suited for six adult couples. Received regular communication in advance and how to contact them if needed. Property: Housekeeping was just leaving as we arrived and we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well-stocked, rooms and bathrooms as well. Found our way to the lift and back. Confident that if we had needed anything we could have let you know with no problems.

Beautiful location. Stylish, comfortable spaces great for a large family. This is the best vacation rental I've stayed in. Quality appliances and amenities. It's an experience on its own living right in the mountains at 7800 feet. You can hike right out the door, or check out many other recreation locations within a short walk or drive. Would love to also experience winter here!
With covid we were worried about sanitization. Not only was the place cleaned well and sprayed down, but they let extra time for the place to be aired out. Also, the management was very quick to respond when we had some safety questions. Very pro.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was parking in this neighborhood. The property sleeps 16 people and we were told that we could have at most two cars at the house. I did call and found out that I could have three cars at the house. This was difficult. Big sky does not have overnight parking available for extra cars. The shuttle system at Big Sky is not developed enough to sevice all of the neiborhoods. In the end, it all worked out. It is obvious that Big Sky Resort is growing and they are going through some growing pains. This was my only concern with the property.

Vacation at its best!
The only thing I can point is: not really Ski In/Ski Out 5/5. I would say Ski In-4; Ski Out 3 But the house itself eliminate all the minuses you may find out there. Whoever designed it, they did not missed a thing. Everything was perfect! I will recommend it ! I will definitely go back there again...and again
