It is not hyperbole when I say that this is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Well stocked, kitchen had PLENTY of dishes/silverware, absolutely NO cleanliness issues and very comfortable. Vacation rental team was extremely responsive and checked in the right amount. 5 stars for sure.

Claim jumper 5 is a great option for friends and family traveling together. Having your own bedroom and bathroom is amazing. Plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for feeding lots of people. Big sky rentals are very easy to work with and are responsive when contacted. They reach out often to check in too.

This was our first trip to Big Sky, MT. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary a little early with our 3 children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren. The home was beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. We loved the location of Claim Jumper 5 compared to another property we had looked at that was further up the mountain. We had a friendly fox that visited us several times, however, his teeth said otherwise! The beds were comfortable, the decor was lovely and we would highly recommend staying here at Claim Jumper 5!

We had an amazing experience in Homestead 5 Claim Jumper. It was exactly as advertised and more. Having 4 bedrooms all with king beds and private baths were perfect for our group of 4 couples. The ski in/out accommodations were incredibly convenient. We'd highly recommend this property!

It was perfect for our family. The staff at BSVR was very responsive to our questions. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had most of what we needed as far as utensils. We love the patio in. The only issue was a slightly broken screen door which was fixed the next day.

Property Manager: The staff were all extremely friendly, informative and willing to help in any way. They always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and were truly concerned that we had an amazing experience in Big Sky which we did! Property: This was our first experience at Big Sky and it was better than we ever could have imagined. The house was perfect for three families on spring break. The kids had their space, when they wanted to play Wii or just hang out, and we also spent a lot of time in the main living area, playing cards, watching tv or just hanging around the fire. The skiing was fantastic and we absolutely loved Big Sky. Our favorite spot to date!

Property Manager: Easy to work with and quick responses to all questions. Directions and access and instructions about house very easy to follow and appreciated. Property: Lovely and comfortable home. Woodburning fireplace is amazing and all the beds are very cozy. We enjoyed having two gathering areas for large groups. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and impressed by the number of glasses (even wine) and dishes for large groups! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property Manager: Great communication!! Property: Homestead 5 Claim Jumper was an amazing house. It had everything you could think of that you needed plus more. I never leave reviews but this house and big sky exceeded my expectations by far! Cleanest vrbo house ever!! From humidifiers to small fans, laundry detergent and the best small appliances and utensils.

Property Manager: The team was very responsive and provided us what we needed to make a decision and executed the rental with no issues. Property: Nice new place. Slept 13 of us with no problem. Common areas of the unit were great for a large group and the hot tub was very nice. Ski in was very easy, skiing out required a walk up the hill or you could ski down the street part of the way to get to the lift if there was fresh snow. Parking is limited to three vehicles, extra parking is in the main lot for Big Sky.

Property Manager: The Big Sky Vacation Rental team works very hard to see that you have a pleasant vacation. One specific touch this year was to deliver our advance purchase lift passes to the property before our arrival. We have used BSVR for three of the four years we have vacationed at Big Sky. Each time we have been very satisfied with both the properties and the services provided. Property: Fantastic cabin! They thought of everything. The kitchen was excellent with high end appliances and plenty of place settings for large groups (up to about 14 people). There is also a wine cooler in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and all of the adults appreciated the 4 king size beds. The bunkroom was great for the children and had its own TV. The main living area had fantastic views of the mountains. Great ski-in/ski-out location adjacent to the White Otter bridge Of the four properties we have rented in Big Sky, this one was the best.

Property Manager: The team members were friendly and nice, super helpful, a great experience in working with them. Big Sky Vacation rentals was very helpful in answering any questions I had about my upcoming trip. They communicated well, were friendly, and went above and beyond what I would expect from a rental company. I would highly recommend them in the future. Property: 5 Claim Jumper is an amazing property with the perfect amenities for the ski in/ski out experience. The house is located close to the lifts and village with easy access all around. The house is extremely comfortable and the boot drying rack was an added bonus. If I could, I would stay here over and over.

Property: This home was perfect for my family for our stay in Big Sky. There were 10 of us and more than ample room for us. The bedrooms were all amazing with king beds and bathrooms. The basement was perfect as well. The boot dryer was a great addition to this home. Another perk was having our pre-ordered lift tickets picked up for us so we didn't have to stand in line to obtain them. I would highly recommend this property. This is the most amazing home we've ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Property Manager: Easy rental experience with highly trained and friendly staff. It was so nice that I didn't have the added step of having to stop by your office for a key. Thanks for the great hospitality. Property: I highly recommend this unit to anyone who has several couples, families or (in our case) business associates that you are traveling with. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for great privacy when needed and there was lots of space for time spent together as well. It was quiet and secluded at night so we could laugh around the fire pit without bothering anyone.

We picked this property because it had 5 bedrooms (4 having king beds) and 6 full bathrooms! It was perfect for the 11 of us, plenty of room for all. The kitchen was big and open to the family room with beautiful views from every window. We cooked our 24lb turkey and all the trimmings with no problem. The house was very clean and we loved all the personal touches from property management. Everyone is looking forward to doing it again next year!

The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. So well appointed. From the kitchen to the fuzzy robes in the closet. Plus all the technology capabilities w the Sonos system and great WiFi. We absolutely loved the home and would stay again. In addition, they were accommodating w allowing us to stay longer on check out day since we had an important work board meeting call that went until 11. So they had the maids work around my friend so she could finish her work before checking out. The staff were attentive and responded back quickly when we had questions or needed help with the Wii system. Gorgeous. Loved this home. Can't wait to go back.

One of the better Big Sky VRBO's we have found. We were really pleased that 4 of the 5 bedrooms were essentially private master suites. The open common space for all of us to gather was very nice, as was the large deck with a fire pit. The family room was a bonus.
