Ski Access:
Ski-Out: Leaving the front door, cross the street and drop down to the Jayhawk Lift, or leaving the back deck take a left and take the groomed trail. There will be approximately 100 yards of slightly uphill trail. From there follow the trail down to Madison Base where you will have lift access to the mountain.
Ski-In: ski down Cinnabar to Madison Base and take Jayhawk Lift back to the home, cross the street and it's the 4th home on the left side.

Jack Creek Modern Mountain Retreat
Our family had the best week at this cabin. We fully prepared from past experiences with cabins and brought everything we needed for cooking and household essentials. We were very shocked to find when we got there the house is stocked with everything you could ever need and so much more! The house and view is something out of a magazine and even better than the pictures! Super comfy beds and every room feels like a master suite. We had a few fox guest on our back porch on night which was super cool! We were super sad to leave but for sure will be back!!

Jack Creek Modern Mountain Retreat
Gorgeous home in the Madison base area. We stayed our college age sons along with their friends and had plenty of room. Luckily enough snow that we could ski to the Madison base and then go from there! The trail behind the house does go "up" before it goes down so you have to be a little prepared for a workout to start but completely manageable. Would definitely stay there again!

Our first trip to the Big Sky/Yellowstone area, and Jack Creek Retreat was a perfect location for us to begin our adventure. The home is located up a bit on the mountain, but we enjoyed the peacefulness of it being about 12 minutes outside of town but also an easy drive to go into town to eat and walk around. It was beautiful! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the location couldn't have been better for our explorations around the area. We were missing a few hot tub towels when we got there, but Big Sky Vacation Rentals was quick to some deliver some (within 15 minutes!) and truly took care of us during our stay. Highly recommend!
