This was the best ski house I have ever rented in the 10 years of doing ski trips. It was so clean, well laid out, and perfectly equipped. It was also just 1.5 miles to Big Sky parking which made it so convenient. I will definitely be going back.

The home was wonderful! It was perfect for our two families of 9 and we loved the location to the Resort. The house was clean upon arrival and very inviting. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Also during our stay we were contacted multiple times to make sure we were doing well. 10 out of 10 stars for this property and the Management Company. Already missing MVC Spotted Eagle from North Carolina.

Had an excellent time here. Check in was very smooth, and everything was as described and shown in the pictures.
Fireplace, living room and kitchen were awesome, and the bedrooms were great. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts left a few welcome gifts (coffee pods, pancake mix) as well. Awesome views of the mountain from the house as well.
Ski access was as described, and even with somewhat low snow conditions, very manageable with a bit of effort.
Communication with the host was great throughout.

Absolutely AMAZING. Extremely clean. 5ish minutes to the mountain, 15 minutes to town. Perfect location. Check in and out were a breeze. The team was amazing answering any questions needed. 100% recommend this home if you are headed to big sky!

From the moment we walked in the cabin, Spotted Eagle felt like home away from home. We had a slight issue with the heat not coming on, and within just a few minutes the property manager replied and was at the door to make the repair. Wasn’t a huge issue because we lit a warm fire in the natural fireplace and they had the heat back up and running in just a few minutes - super responsive. The rooms had all the amenities necessary, coffee both a keurig and regular pots, heated floors and hot tub was perfect! Close to the ski parking (less than 5 minute drive). We would definitely rent here again and hope to be back again soon!

This property was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. I’m definitely a bit of a germaphobe and clean freak, and this place was completely spotless — truly one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in.
The location was perfect: about five minutes from the mountain and only 15 minutes from town, making it incredibly convenient without feeling crowded. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.
The fireplace kept us cozy after long days out in the cold, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a full day on the slopes. We also loved having games available for some fun downtime.
The team was absolutely amazing — extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive to any questions we had. They truly made sure we had the most perfect stay.
I 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Big Sky. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is superb! The location is just right, offering a picturesque view of lone peak from the architecturally placed large windows in the main living space! It is close to both mountain bases making transportation easy and quick. The house is equipped with everything you will need on a ski vacation. The bunk room was perfect for the kids we had along on the trip with us. Such a great escape that I'd love to return to!

Our family had a very nice vacation staying at the Spotted Eagle lodge. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It's a perfect space and there were many amenities provided. They generously had some coffee pods on hand, travel booklets for the area, games, the ice machine was working and had ice ready to go, and several spices and oils in the cabinet. Very well stocked. Views from the home are spectacular. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Our family made some great memories at this place! It was comfortable and easy to make ourselves at home. Our 3 sons enjoyed the hot tub almost every morning and evening! The drive from the house to the west entrance of Yellowstone was about an hour. We went twice in one week! We also hiked Ousel Falls twice during our stay. Beautifully breathtaking! We enjoyed food from all different restaurants… Horn & Cantle, Blue Buddha Sushi Lounge (Best Sushi we’ve ever had), Lotus Pad (The Tom Kha soup is to die for!), Ousel & Spur pizza Co, Blue Moon Bakery, Alberto’s Mexican, and Hungry Moose Deli. Big Sky has delicious restaurants. We only cooked dinner one night out of the week! We used the awesome grill provided to cook up some yummy steaks! We had one rainy day inside so we built a fire, played board games, the boys made a blanket fort, and it was so nice to slow down the pace mid-week after being on the move all day. Highly recommend this place, even during off-season!

I gave this a 5 star based on the cabin and going through Big Sky Vacation Rentals. The cabin was perfect....spacious, felt very much at home, kitchen had every thing you needed. The mountain view was beautiful. We saw 2 black bear in neighbors yard the night we checked in. We also had a mule deer in our yard. Very quiet and peaceful location.
Big Sky was very informative on arriving and checking out.
The only downfall we found to staying in Big Sky, MT is the eating out. Most restaurants didn't open till 3:00 or after. The 2 places we did find for lunch were so understaffed the wait was so long we didn't stay. Grocery stores are very high. I would recommend getting food in Bozeman or West Yellowstone.
If you are looking for a staycation....This is the place!! I can't say enough how I loved this rental.

Spotted Eagle is A+. Pictures don't do the property justice - views are fantastic. House is very well organized and intuitive. While not technically ski-in/out, we were able to navigate to/from the mountain with ease. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home!
This was a wonderful rental for our my husband and me, 2 kiddos, and 2 grandparents. The view is amazing! The home is fresh, clean, comfortable, with plenty of bedding and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with a full set of nonstick cookware, plenty of dishes and utensils, coffee maker for drip coffee with reusable mesh coffee filter as well as Keurig, crock pot, basic spices in the pantry. A welcome basket was well stocked with plenty of quality dish soap, laundry soap for 20 loads, extra paper towels. The kids loved the bunk bed room and played air hockey every night. The hot tub is just a few steps from the back door and feels private with amazing views of Lone Peak. It was a 5 minute drive to Big Sky base camp with free parking with a shuttle (that ran constantly, we never waited more than 2 minutes). Property manager was extremely responsive when we had one minor issue. Highly recommend this property for a ski vacation!

Property Manager: It was a lovely house, and the rental company went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Clear instructions on how the house worked (WiFi, TV, trash etc...), and inclusion of all the amenities like spices and paper towels that makes using the kitchen much more practical.The team was very quick in responding to requests., Property: House was a mansion, it really made the vacation extra special. And the view of lone peak was spectacular

Property Manager: We had the most wonderful experience with BSVR! Very helpful if needed and we would most definitely stay in one of their Rental Units again! Property: This Mountain Home was second to none! There wasn't a single thing missing from the home... the kitchen was fully loaded, the bedrooms were perfectly cozy and had an over abundance of storage for unpacking and making it feel like home away from home, the fire place roared both day and night and we soaked up the gorgeous view of Lone Peak! The boot dryer kept our feet dry as we most certainly put it to good use! We ate, drank, played games, enjoyed the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub and during the day we took adventures of hiking, horseback riding and of course skiing! This Lovely home was On Point!

Spotted Eagle 3 is a lovely modern mountain home perched with Lone Mountain peak filling the back window view. Perfect location away from main resort but just outside Moonlight Basin gates. Really three bedrooms. Bunk room would hold five guests (tightly). Overall this is a great getaway, worth every penny.

This place has it all, and is beautiful. Everything is new, the hot tub is great, and there are plenty of games around the house to entertain. The living room fireplace is also fantastic, and the house was stocked with plenty of firewood. The floors and garage both being heated was great. This place is about a 5-7 minute drive to big sky resort. It snowed about 3 feet while we stayed, so being that close to the mountain was perfect for getting quick access to the mountain without having to drive far in bad conditions. 10/10 !
