Step into modern mountain luxury, and admire the wood beams and floor to ceiling windows. The windows flood the home with tons of natural light, showcasing the unbeatable mountain views. The main living room seats up to nine around a wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV. There is also an additional lower level lounge featuring a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, a shuffleboard table, an air hockey table, tons of games, a wet bar, and a flat screen TV. The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities. Head over to the dining table with seating for ten and room for three more at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and enjoy the private hot tub beneath the stars or dine al fresco using the outdoor grill.
Ready to rest easy? The main level hosts the Primary King Suite boasting an attached ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities and stand up shower. Downstairs find the Second King Suite featuring its own ensuite bathroom. The bunk room can also be found downstairs creatively hosting four Twin beds and one Full bed that utilizes a shared full bathroom accessed through the hallway. The lower level bonus space also includes a Queen sofa sleeper, perfect for overflow sleeping. This home is not ski-in/out. It is ski accessible with effort. Not recommended for snowboarders or young children. The ski in and out are long and utilize several groomed real estate trails and a variety of chairlifts, poling and skating is required. Access lift start date varies, but typically early to mid-December. Access lifts may close before Big Sky Resort's closing day depending on snow conditions. No access until lifts open and after lifts close.
Ski Out:
Cross the road and follow Beehive Basin to the home below 12 Beehive Basin Road and enter the access trail next to this home. This trail will gravity feed downward and follow a path parallel to Lone Mountain Trail. You will eventually go through a tunnel and cross under the road to access the White Otter Chairlift. Ride White Otter to White Wing run and follow the signs on the left of the trail that directs you to Mountain Village.
Ski In:
Follow White Otter Access to the rope tow for the Cascade. Take the Cascade Lift to the top and climb the stairs to a groomed trail and follow the groomed trails back to the home. Use map at top of stairs for guidance. **NOTE: The rope tow is currently inoperable and does require you to walk the distance between the White Otter and Cascade lifts.

Our family had a very nice vacation staying at the Spotted Eagle lodge. There was plenty of room for the six of us. It's a perfect space and there were many amenities provided. They generously had some coffee pods on hand, travel booklets for the area, games, the ice machine was working and had ice ready to go, and several spices and oils in the cabinet. Very well stocked. Views from the home are spectacular. We saw a lot of wildlife in the area. We would definitely stay at this home again.

This home was incredible! From the ski boot warmer to the hot tub to the air hockey table, all of the amenities were great. The kitchen was big and very well stocked. The slopes were a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Property Manager: We had the most wonderful experience with BSVR! Very helpful if needed and we would most definitely stay in one of their Rental Units again! Property: This Mountain Home was second to none! There wasn't a single thing missing from the home... the kitchen was fully loaded, the bedrooms were perfectly cozy and had an over abundance of storage for unpacking and making it feel like home away from home, the fire place roared both day and night and we soaked up the gorgeous view of Lone Peak! The boot dryer kept our feet dry as we most certainly put it to good use! We ate, drank, played games, enjoyed the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub and during the day we took adventures of hiking, horseback riding and of course skiing! Spotted Eagle 3 is a lovely modern mountain home perched with Lone Mountain peak filling the back window view. Perfect location away from main resort but just outside Moonlight Basin gates.
