Beautiful, large space. Big Sky Vacation Rentals is an incredibly professional host, that makes the stay as easy and convenient as possible. Wouldn't change a thing
Incredible! Just an absolutely beautiful place, and incredibly convenient access to the mountain. Check-in couldn't have been made any easier, and Big Sky Vacation rentals went out of their way to be helpful in any way possible. Thank you so much for making the trip such a success - we didn't want to leave!

Excellent .. attention to detail was good and everyone was very friendly. Great stay ... BSVR was available whenever needed ... our cabin deck was shoveled after every sonew storm (nightly)!
Great small cabin ... we are a party of four and this was perfect size ... once we figured out "ski-in and ski-out" route, which wasn't too long, everything was great! We likely will be back.

The booking process was easy and we received good communication prior to our visit. Upon arrival we were visited by a member of the staff (Nicole) and she was very helpful in explaining the accommodations and nearby area. We especially liked the check in / out process using the electronic door lock - no need to pick up / drop of keys.
We just returned from a long weekend at this cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean and ready for our family upon arrival. Check in and check out was effortless - no need to stop by at some office to pick up a key. The cabin was plenty comfortable for a family of four, and easily could sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, although a few more plates & utensils would have been helpful. Having a full washer / dryer was helpful, as were the boot / glove warmers that were available for use. The cabin is true ski out access - just step off the covered porch onto the access run. This was groomed several times during our stay. As novices on skiis it was a bit challenging for some to make it down to the Iron Horse lift on the first day (this required negotiating the last part of the blue "Powder River" run). As noted in other reviews it was not 100% ski-in requiring a short walk from the Powder River (about 100ft across a cul-de-sac). More often we took the Gambler access from the Cinnebar and that put us right behind the cabin. Only a short walk up the trail to get home was required. Note that there was not outdoor ski rack as mentioned in the listing. Well, there is one - but we were told this was locked for owner's use and not available to guests. This was our first time at Big Sky and had a great time. You really can't beat the location of this property. We'll look to stay here again next time we come to Big Sky.

Very nice and attentive!
Cozy cabin. Perfect for our romantic getaway. We really appreciated the clean hot tub and cleanliness of the cabin. Would suggest adding a blind to the door window.

Friendly, helpful.
We enjoyed the setting and the cabin itself. It was peaceful while we were there. We really appreciated having supplies for the washer/dryer and dishwasher/sink, and trash bags. The hot tub was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome cabin, exactly as described in the listing. Well stocked on all household goods. The only caveat was the cabin wasn't exactly "ski-in" as advertised, as the access required taking gear off and walking across the street. One can definitely "ski-out" though. Would definitely stay again.

Great cabin for a good price. Cabin easily slept 5 grown men. Kitchen was was well equipped. We cooked breakfast a dinner everyday. Good grill. Cabin is a true ski out. Ski in requires a short 100ft walk across culdesac. The road was plowed regularly but a 4x4 vehicle is very useful.

This cabin is very cozy and was very clean. It is a ski out, but you have to walk a short distance to ski in. I agree with previous review comments that it would be nice if a path was cleared to the cabin as if the snow is deep it could be a bit more challenging. It was great that it was stocked with all of the basic amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It had nice shampoo and soap in the bathrooms as well. The hot tub was was very nice and clean and we enjoyed daily visits from the red fox while sitting in the hot tub. The bunk room was great for kids. It does lack storage in this room. The cabin comfortably sleeps 6, but could accommodate 8 if you all like to be cozy. It is nice that it has a keyless entry. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of cups or silverware. There are nice views from the cabin and the back deck is quaint. The management company was very nice and helpful in the booking process and upon check in. The check in process is very easy as well. We would definitely return to this cabin.

TripAdvisor Review: Great slope side option for intermediate skiers- We rented this cabin in the Moonlight Big Sky area for several reasons: slope side, private hot tub, washer and dryer, gas grill, and bunk beds for my teens. It was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The rental company was very thorough and there was plenty of soap, Kleenex and other necessities. It was 2 steps from our porch to start skiing down an access path to the lift. Leaving the slopes we had to walk 50 feet back to the cabin across three parking spots. The location was great - we ate lunch at our cabin midday. I would not recommend this location for a true beginner because it was a steep green to the iron horse lift. We are hoping to return next year and will request the same location.

TripAdvisor Review: Wonderful cabin, great location and terrific amenities- We enjoyed our stay in Montana and the Big Sky location was a big part of that. We visited Yellowstone on 3 of our vacation days - about 1 hr scenic drive. We had a great time with horseback riding, zipline, and mountain tram at the resort. The visit to Bozeman gave us a chance to see the nearby Palisade Falls. This cabin was perfect for three of us - myself, wife, and grown up daughter. The cabin is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had small appliances. The TV and internet connection were superb. We had lots of devices, but no problem with performance. The showers were great. We used the hot tub out on the deck - really great! The staff were friendly and not obtrusive in any way. So why not 5 points? There were a few small problems probably variable on when you stay. We needed a garbage pickup that did not happen; there were some black ants that got around including into the beds; the tub stopper did not work so shower only. All in all I rate these problems as minor. We will definitely come back if we have the chance!

TripAdvisor Review: Best of the best...first class for a family- I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and at a lot of first class accommodations and this was absolutely top drawer. All six members of the family loved it. The bunk-room is perfect for the kids and the separate entertainment system in the bunk-room creates a lot of the peace and quiet parents need at the end of the day (let's call it hot tub time). The location is perfect, just the right distance from Yellowstone to be accessible without having to be in a tourist area. The nearby Big Sky Resort had great summer activities and the dining around the whole area is of urban area quality with unsurpassed views and laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Could not have been more pleased and the owners and agents are attentive and helpful at every turn. These folks absolutely care about every detail including your complete satisfaction.

TripAdvisor Review: Powder Ridge Cabin #28- One word would sum up our stay at PR #28- exceptional! Similar to a Four Seasons or Ritz experience, PR #28 exceeded our expectations. The stunning view of the Spanish Peaks during breakfast, lunch and dinner are breath taking. The upgraded furnishings are so cozy and cabin classic- you will feel the warmth and elegance as soon as you enter the front door. The amenities are all about relaxation and family- the outside deck fireplace to the over-sized hot tub are perfect places to gather and unwind. The steam shower will leave you cleansed, mind and body! Lastly, PR#28 is truly ski-in and ski-out. Snap into your boots on the lower level, step outside and click into your skis and go! Wow! This place rocks!! We can't wait to return :))
