It probably helped that it snowed a foot of snow during our trip. Unfortunately, the White Otter lift was closed nearby but I could see how this would be perfect for ski out when running. One day we did take advantage of the ski in and it was awesome! I'll probably only do ski in/out in the future.
The cabin was clean and inviting. It was nice to pull into a garage the whole trip. Pros: location, hot tub, ski in/out, plenty of room Room for Improvement: pillows, tv

Had an amazing time at 24 Rosebud! Stayed here with a group of 10 other friends and we enjoyed every part of our stay here. The property was spacious and came equipped with plenty of entertainment, cooking ingredients/cookware, and amenities. This place was perfect for our Big Sky ski trip. The ski-in/ski-out access was a huge win — incredibly convenient and made it easy to get a group of six teenage boys on and off the mountain without any hassle.
The house was clean, comfortable, and very well set up for a larger group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after long days of skiing. The kitchen and common areas worked great for meals and downtime, and everything was exactly as described.
The host was responsive and easy to work with, and check-in/check-out were smooth. Overall, an excellent stay — we’d absolutely book again and highly recommend it for families or groups coming to ski Big Sky.

The wonderful RoseBud #24 Lodge
This place really surpassed our expectations. The lodge was nicely decorated with high attention to detail. It is a secluded property so you should prepare accordingly with groceries and supplies, but once you get there, it is a great place to unwind. The ski-in is challenging for a snow boarder but the ski-out works well. The hot tub worked perfectly, even in -15 degrees!

We had an amazing time at Big Ski and this house was just perfect for our two families with 3 kids in total (between 9 and 11 years as old). Only a few minutes away from the main base and best of all, this house had everything we needed. The kitchen was completely equipped, beds were very comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub (very thoughtful in providing bathrobes for all guests) and ski boots warmer. We loved it!

One important note for future renters on the “ski-in/ski-out” aspect: This cabin requires quite a bit of flat, hiking/cross-country skiing to get back to from the slopes. The house has a great design. The living room (with fireplace), big dining room table, and hot tub were our favorites. Be sure at least one member of your group has a rental car, as there is zero transportation available to get to restaurants, grocery store, etc. (at least in February 2022).

Property Manager: This was the 4th trip in 5 years that I booked with Big Sky Vacation Rentals. They customer service is incredible and very appreciated! I won't look anywhere else to find on-mountain lodging. Property: This home has two master bedrooms upstairs so it's ideal for two families. There is a bunk room and a game room on the main level - it's retreat for a mom used to having her child stay in her room on vacation! The furniture in this rental is Euro-inspired and sleek, so if you're looking for plush, this may not be for you. We loved it and it worked perfectly for our family. We loved the attached garage with ski holders and a big boot warmer for the entire family - very well appointed for ski gear. Plus the additional refrigerator in the garage was perfect for additional food and drinks needed for the week. 10/10 stay again.

Property Manager: Using Big Sky Vacation Rentals means that your vacation starts before you arrive. They will make sure that everything is taken care of so that when you walk through the doors you are ready to relax. A staff member will arrive at the house to show you around and answer any questions that you might have. They have lots of usueful information about the area. It is rare that you will experience a problem, but if something happens they are a phone call away. Their prompt response is refreshing! Take advantage of ordering groceries before you arrive. They will make sure that they are delivered and put away. I wouldnt book a rental at Big Sky through any other group! Property: This cabin in the woods was amazing. The ski in and ski out worked for everyone. I mainly ski the green runs and had no problem navigating to and from Rosebud 24. We spend our evenings unwinding in the hot tub under the stars. Our children loved the game room and enjoyed watching movies on Netflix and playing games at the dining room table. The heated garage and boot warmer made getting ready to ski a breeze. This was an amazing home and we cant wait to return!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in Powder Ridge at this home. It was just as the pictures portrayed it - clean, spacious, right on the slopes and perfect for our family of 5. We would definitely book it again next time. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and dishes, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the layout allowed for people to all feel close together while having their own space. The extra fridge in the garage was clutch, as was the boot holders, the ski holders and hooks for all our equipment. The mudroom had ample storage for jackets and extra gear too. The hot tub was great to come home to and even though we were in a neighborhood, the house felt super private. Loved it!

The property is beautifully modernly designed. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with luxury accommodations. The welcome basket with laundry and cleaning supplies was so nice. The views of the outdoors were a perfect compliment to soaking in the hot tub or grilling on the BBQ. It was great to have two master suites with king beds.

My family had such a wonderful time staying at this cabin we decided to extend our stay! The location is a really prime ski in/ski out spot despite the limited early season access we experienced. We drove the 5 minutes down the hill to the shuttle multiple times a day with our kids and it was very easily accessible. It will be really fun to return when we can just ski out the back door.
Our hosts were very responsive and quick to attend to our needs. The code to the door somehow changed and I was unable to get in. I called and they popped open the lock remotely while I was on the phone with them. They were very accommodating when I requested to extend our stay and made it happen seamlessly with a phone call.
All in all, this place fit my family well and we can’t wait to return.

Great vacation
The condo is true ski in and ski out. Wonderful grill and hot tub outside. Rooms were perfect for two families with two boys each. Game room perfect for kids night rest. Highly recommended.

This cabin was lovely. It was an easy drive from Bozeman airport and we had no issues finding the location with some off road mapping with google maps. The cabin had everything we could need for a fun family boarding trip. I will definitely be back if we can find open reservations for winter time.

Having stayed at Big Sky Vacation Rentals's Powder Ridge Condo, the University of Dayton's Ski and Snowboard Club was truly blown away with our cabin! For anyone considering renting through Big Sky Vacation Rentals, expect great hospitality, a boat load of amentities, and great skiing. On top of the great views and easy ski-in, ski-out access, the location and size of the property were excellent, allowing for an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Mountain Village. All in all, Big Sky Vacation Rentals delivered on a great property, allowing for a great trip!

Cabin and Location were incredible

A wonderful mountain retreat!
We cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, well appointed cabin. We wanted to be together as a family, enjoying meals, hiking, hot tubbing, the wildlife and the sweet town, as well as the exquisite mountains all around. It was a trip to savor for years to come. 7 Friends ski weekend gathering....Perfect Home and location!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The house had everything, and was fully stocked with kitchen tools and needed items. Even a foosball table! Loved it! The location is true ski in-ski out, once you figure out a few turns on some great ski trails! Then the hot tub on the deck with views in every direction of peaks. All at a great price, and be sure if you plan to ski, to not buy your tickets until the day before online. We got some amazing ski pass discounts buying them last minute online.
