Upon entering the Main House, you're greeted by a sun-drenched day room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic views of the Gallatin River. This inviting space comfortably seats eight and serves as the perfect first stop to unwind and relax after a fun day of adventuring. The open concept main level boasts a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range, dual ovens, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats eight, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. Head through the dining area and find the main level living room featuring an oversized sectional sofa, a stone gas fireplace, a vintage record player and soundbar, and a large flat screen TV. Also on this level you’ll find the Queen Bedroom and a  shared  full bathroom with a stand-up rainfall shower accessed through the hallway. Upstairs, the entire upper level is dedicated to the  impressive Primary King Suite, featuring an ornamental stone fireplace, intricate stained glass windows, a desk for remote work, and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open from this Suite out onto a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gallatin River. Head back inside to find an  expansive closet that wraps around and leads into an attached ensuite bathroom featuring high-end finishes, dual vanity sinks, and a stand-up rainfall shower.

GUEST HOUSE

Just steps away, the separate Guest House offers its own fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a farmhouse sink. When you’re ready to dine, pull up a chair at the dining room table, or take a seat at the breakfast bar with seating for two. The main level easily flows into the living room, featuring a cozy sectional sofa, river views, and a flat screen TV. Head through the sliding glass doors and find an additional outdoor seating area complete with outdoor furniture and a private fire pit.

The Guest House hosts two additional spacious bedrooms that share a full bathroom located on the main level. Head upstairs to find a Queen Bedroom complete with high-end bedding, walk-in closet, and a desk for remote work with river views and another bedroom with a Queen bed and an additional Twin daybed for overflow sleeping.
